1 REFUND and CANCELATION POLICY

Passport2Success is committed to providing quality educational resources and test preparation services.

Subscription-Based Services

  • Users may request a refund before completing all tests included in their purchased subscription package.
  • Once all subscribed tests have been completed, the subscription shall be deemed fully utilized and no refund shall be issued.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to our support team.

IELTS Courses and Other Assessment Services

  • Students enrolled in IELTS-related services and Career choice and other wellness related assessments may request a refund or cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
  • After twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase, all IELTS- and assessments tests related fees become non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be granted for partially completed courses, accessed content, downloaded materials, attended classes, or used services.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment processor.

2 PAYMENT SECURITY POLICY

Passport2Success takes payment security seriously and implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customer information.

Secure Payment Processing

  • All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • Passport2Success does not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

5 ACCOUNT SECURITY AND LOGIN POLICY

Personal Use Only

Subscriptions are licensed exclusively to the registered user. Users may not share usernames or passwords, allow others to access their account, or transfer access to another individual.

One Device Access Policy

Passport2Success permits account access on one device at a time. Simultaneous access from multiple devices may trigger temporary suspension, security verification, or permanent account termination.

Account Sharing Violations

If account sharing is detected:

  • Access may be immediately suspended or terminated.
  • No refund will be provided.
  • Future enrollment may be denied.
